What happens when you run a checkup

You enter a store address. Our server requests that store's public product feed (/products.json), the same data any visitor to the store can see, and passes it to your browser. Every check runs in your browser. We do not save the store address, the product data or your results.

AI rewrites

If you click "Rewrite with AI", the title, description, options and detected problems for that one product are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write a new version. To avoid paying twice for the same rewrite, the result is cached on our hosting provider for up to 24 hours.

What we don't do

No accounts, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no selling of data. We never access your Shopify admin.

Infrastructure

StoreMedic is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests (including your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
